Matt Shepard is a fourth-generation tradesman and licensed general contractor who has run construction, real estate, and lending companies in Colorado for over 15 years. Over the last two to three years he has built the AI systems that now run those businesses, cutting invoice and payroll intake from hours a week to minutes. He teaches operators to do the same through Shepard Consulting.
